Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide totally free of charge.
However, there may be some items that we feature from time to time, which may incur an additional shipping charge. We will of course make it clear when that is the case.
Q: How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Once shipped, your order will take up to 10 to 21 business days for United States. Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 30 business days, depending on how quickly customs clearances takes place and availability at our multiple warehouses overseas.
Your order confirmation details are sent by SMS and emailed to you shortly after the order is placed. When the product is packaged & shipped, you will then receive a tracking number by email. Expect to receive most items within working 2 weeks after order is placed successfully.

Q: How do I track my package?
When you place an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation of the order. As soon as the item is packaged and shipped you will advised of the tracking number & links by email or text ( if you opt in for text updates ) for you to track the order .
Please first check your "Order has Shipped" email or text when received for your tracking number. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 days or have any queries regarding your order , then please reach out to us by navigating to the page and sending us a message and we promise to respond within 24 hours as part of our service level target times.
